Our Daily Bread Restaurant specializes in hosting private
parties here in our beautiful restaurant facility.
We have multiple rooms and lovely outdoor
accommodations that can be utilized for groups of 15 to 300.
And we offer something few event sites can - NO ROOM RENTAL
FEES with minimum purchases!
We are also your
ideal choice for wedding and event planning in West Lane
County.
Conveniently located, we are a full service catering
company just south of Eugene in the middle of wine country.

We are a full service catering company
with complete banquet facilities and event site services.
All food is prepared right here in our own kitchens or at
your event site with our own baker creating those freshly
baked breads and desserts we all love.

Facilities
Our Daily Bread Restaurant is housed in a
beautifully renovated country church.
High, arched stain glass windows, white
washed walls, and glossy hardwood floors together
with the friendly staff of Our Daily Bread
Restaurant create a welcoming and peaceful
atmosphere perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal
showers, tour groups, business meetings and wedding
receptions.
Our facility boasts multiple dining
areas suitable for any occasion.
Large parties may choose to reserve the Entire
Restaurant for their event while small events could be
hosted in one of our private rooms or outdoor areas!

EVENT
VENUE PRICING
All
events scheduled in Our Daily Bread's Banquet
Room or utilizing any part of Our Daily Bread's
property for their exclusive use are scheduled
on a first come first served basis. These
in-house events include use
of restaurant china, existing tables and chairs,
and house linen.
Each
room is rented on a "Food and Beverage Minimum"
basis rather than a rental fee.
Meaning, as long as the combined cost of
food and beverage for the scheduled event
reaches the minimum for the room (or building)
on the given date and time, the client will not
be charged a rental fee.
Minimums DO NOT apply to large
groups making reservations if they do
not desire exclusive use of a room or rooms.
Otherwise, events not meeting the minimum
will be charged the difference between actual
food and beverage cost and the minimum.
Minimums vary between day and time.
Events are scheduled in three hour blocks
with
an additional hour allotted before and after
each event for client's set up and clean up.
If
needed, more time must be pre - arranged with
our event manager.
We try to schedule Main Dining room, Garden and
Full Facility rentals at the
9 am, 1 pm (2 pm Sunday) or 5 pm hours so meal service to the
public can continue to dine uninterrupted as long as possible.
Please ask if you have any special timing
requests.
Events needing more time or overlapping
multiple meal times will be charged accordingly.
Minimums are rarely cost
prohibitive, and most events will have little
trouble reaching those minimums given the space
requirement of an event. We are willing to
work with many kinds of budgets. Our
Event Manager will have options and ideas for
events of all shapes and sizes. All events are
scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

A Ceremony Fee of $100 will be added to all weddings requiring theater seating in the main dining as
considerable effort is required to remove the
existing furniture.
This
fee includes the labor to set up, break down and
transitions of chairs and tables - whether
rented or house - between ceremony and reception
CATERING PRICING
Caterings are
off-premise events that utilize Our Daily Bread
for food and beverage service. Pricing is
based on menu prices listed in our Banquet and
Catering Menu. Menu prices do not include
tables, chairs, linen, or china for off premise
events.
Our Daily
Bread Restaurant will provide buffet equipment
and cooking equipment, serving utensils, and
paper and plastic wares for staffed events.
Otherwise, clients are responsible for
service ware for all off premise events unless
stated.
Paper products or china service are
available for an additional fee.
We would be happy to facilitate equipment
rentals, but
otherwise, Our Daily Bread Restaurant is
not responsible for any equipment at off premise
events.
Menu prices do not include delivery or
equipment fees or gratuity.
Delivery charges for equipment rentals
depend on the size of the rental and distance to
be delivered and are not included in equipment
rental prices.

Our Daily Bread Restaurant
accepts responsibility and liability only for
food and beverages prepared and served by Our
Daily Bread Restaurant and its staff.
This includes alcohol service unless a bartender
is purchased through Our Daily Bread Restaurant
and cake cutting.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries
are off-premise events with food and beverages
prepared by Our Daily Bread Restaurant staff and
delivered to the location of your choice.
No staffing or paper products included.
Deliveries fees vary depending upon the services
required and distance.
All deliveries will be on disposable
platters unless otherwise requested.
Non-disposable platters and smallwares
are available for an additional $1 per person.
Clients are responsible for all china,
smallwares, chaffers and platters dropped off on
deliveries and will be charged accordingly when
equipment is damaged or lost.
Delivery only – We charge a flat $25
delivery charge for drop off only deliveries to Eugene, Veneta, Elmira and
Junction City.
Non disposable only.
Free delivery to Veneta/Elmira with
orders of $100 or more. Free delivery to Eugene or Junction
City with orders of $300
or more. No set-up or serving utensils included.
Delivery,
Set-up, and Pickup
– Deliveries with non-disposable smallwares,
platters, chaffers and/or china service will be
charged a delivery service fee of 10% of total
bill ($25 minimum) for delivery, set up,
presentation and pick up of buffets if no
staffing is requested.
SERVERS
Depending upon number of
attendees and type of event, the number of
servers required to adequately staff your event
will vary.
Please discuss the number of servers
needed for your event with our Event and
Catering Manager.
Servers are billed at a rate of $15.00 an
hour for a minimum of three hours.
Billed time will need to include an hour
before and after each scheduled event for
set-up, break-down, travel and clean up unless
client is responsible for that.
Additional event time will be billed
accordingly.
Servers are included ONLY in the pricing
of the Dinner, Brunch and BBQ menus for off premise
events. Staffing
is available upon request for all other catered
events. In house banquets include
servers when full meal service is ordered.

DISCOUNTS
Book your
special day with us and receive a
5% discount
on all additional related wedding events including
engagement dinners, bridal showers, next-day family
brunches, rehearsal dinners, and hosting out of town
guests as well as event coordinating services.
Book four or more consecutive events and
receive 10% discount off each additional event. Events may be catered at the
location of your choice or hosted at Our Daily Bread
Restaurant.
Discounts are always taken off of the lesser
event and tiered accordingly.
